THE PROCESS FOR LANDOWNERS

Once contact is made with Euroforest, you will be assigned a dedicated local forestry professional who is familiar with land in the area. This forest manager will assess the forest property, advise on our procedure, and coordinate the pre commencement. We ensure maximum value on your timber sales.

The timber will be inspected for insects/disease and to ensure quality. Once this is complete, the manager will apply for your tree felling license (TFL) from the department of agriculture. When this is granted, the manager will coordinate one of our trusted forestry contractors to harvest the timber, and then have it hauled from the site. The timber will be sold on your behalf, where we guarantee to get the best price for you. 

Once harvesting is complete we can assess your forest property for potential brash recovery.

Once you receive payment, you can then make contact with Forestry Services (www.forestryservices.ie) who will look after replanting.
