Forestry Services are delighted to be involved in the 100 million trees project.
This week, the wonderful community of the Sisters of Mercy in Carrick on Suir decided that they would like to make a major contribution to improving biodiversity and helping to mitigate against climate change, and so they planted (with a little help) a lovely 1,200 #nativeirishtreeminiforest near the centre of Carrick on Suir.
If all our religious communities support the project in the way that this wonderful group has, the future will indeed be bright.
